About Sam

      As a Houma native Sam Griffin has spent the majority of his life in South Louisiana.  He attended Nicholls State University with a focus in engineering. He started his real estate career in his early twenties when he bought his first investment property. He used the money he earned from commercial fishing in Alaska to continue investing in real estate. The more properties he was able to buy and sell the more he realized his passion for real estate. This eventually progressed into a full time career as a local licensed REALTOR.  Since then he has been serving the Bayou Region for over 8 years as one of the area’s top full-time real estate agent with CENTURY 21 Action Realty. He has dedicated himself to cultivating as much knowledge as he can about all aspects of the Real Estate industry. He does his best to be not only your "agent," but a true resource and friend to anyone needing help transitioning from one home to another. Sam says,

      “I’m always eager to help bring buyers and sellers together. But sometimes it is just about informing someone about their options given their current situation.  It’s about what’s best for the client not the sale itself because sometimes keeping their current living situation may be in there best interest. It’s our job as their agent to explore what best fits them.”

His extensive knowledge, strategic sales experience, and marketing solutions have been instrumental in the successful representation of buyers and sellers. One of his sellers says,

      Sam’s hobbies include cheering as the 12th man for the New Orleans Saints…WHO DAT!!, skydiving, cruising the open road on his motorcycle, going to the camp with friends, water sports, working on those endless projects around the house we all seem to have and tinkering with his project vehicles.
